Negative Fault Report

Start my day off with a positive attitude, then I realised i was awake. Acquired Caffeine and glued another can to the coke can wall. If some one steals it this time Ill notice.

Been trying to restore a LUSERS files cause they magically disappeared, wonder how THAT happened. Phone rings
"Hello IT Have you tried turning it on and off again"
"Yes"
"Congratulations"
*click* phone rings again
"Hello IT Hav..."
"IT DID NOT WORK"
"...e you tried turning it on and off again" "YES! It did not work"
"I see, your name please"
once again a name is said and INSTANTLY forgotten.
"Yes 192.168.0.151 whats the problem?"
"My Email has not been working since yesterday"
"Perhaps your just not as popular as you believe"
there is dead silence
"Thank you for using IT Support"
*click*
A few moments later the phone rings, it has the "ripped from wall" problem again
Nope did not stop them IM window pops up
"I NEED YOU TO COME SORT OUT MY EMAIL" "Ill be around shortly"
about an hour later I arrive at 192.168.0.151's desk. She says
"Oh it is fine it is working now"
"Really how did you fix it?"
"I clicked send/receive"
I stare blankly at her for a moment. BURNING her face into my mind. I make a note to allow her access to Facebook after I install a keylogger on her machine. Returning to CCCCS I am sure to kick the network switch power plug.

Now back to those backups I'm sure .151 needs to have her files restored and replaced from 2 weeks ago.
